A French Macaron is a sweet meringue-based confectionery with an egg-shell like crust, and a soft meringue texture on the inside. Sandwiched between the “feet” of two Macaron shells, a Macaron is commonly filled with ganache, buttercream, or jam filling. If baked correctly, it will simply melt in your mouth. Its name is derived from the Italian word maccarone or maccherone.
Our macarons are baked in small batches to ensure the correct texture and flavour is achieved.
